Stove Top Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 yellow cake mix, prepared according to pkg.
    1 small can pineapple slices
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Melt butter
    and
    mix
    in
    sugar
    in a 10-inch skillet. Arrange 4
    drained
    pineapple slices on this mixture and place cherries
    in
    centers.
    Pour
    cake
    mix over pineapple slices. Cover skillet
    and
    place
    on
    electric burner at 250\u00b0 (or for gas, over low heat) for 25 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Allow to cook 5 minutes
    longer.
    Invert
    onto platter, allowing pan to remain in position for 1 minute.
    Remove pan and serve.
