Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, boiled
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Grate potatoes and add crumbled cheese and sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
