Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. minced onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the spinach with butter for about 5 minutes.
    Blend eggs and flour with mixer; add cheeses.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
