Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Mix
sugar, cinnamon, allspice, mace and salt.\tStir in sweet potatoes.
Combine eggs, milk and butter to sweet potato mixture. Pour
into\tshell.\tBake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0 until filling is set.
