Confetti Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head red or green cabbage, shredded
    2 large carrots, shredded
    2 medium-size tart apples, chopped
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry tarragon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a salad
    bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apples and onions. (At this point, you may cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.) In a medium-size bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and tarragon; mix until well blended.
