Texas Straw Hats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. oil or butter
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger, fried
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 pkg. corn chips
    grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion and celery in oil until tender. Add hamburger, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, tomato paste and water. Simmer 1 hour, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over corn chips and top with grated, shredded cheese.
