Mocha Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    6 Tbsp. very strong cold coffee
    4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter until light and smooth.
    Gradually cream in cocoa; add vanilla and then coffee alternately with confectioners sugar to make icing stiff enough to spread.
    Spread on cake.
    This may be made ahead of time and kept in a covered bowl.
