Granny Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and soda.
Beat eggs well and add pineapple.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and beat well. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
