Snickerdoodles(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs thoroughly. Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture.
    Form into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
    Place about 2-inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
