Jalapeno-Mesquite Burgers(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 bottle A.1. bold steak sauce (large bottle)
1 large bundle green onions (greens/chives only)
1 tsp. Mexican seasoning (or to taste)
1 doz. large fresh (not canned) jalapenos
lettuce, tomato, onion and other burger condiments
Preparation

Mix A.1. bold steak sauce with ground round (or extra lean hamburger).
Deseed and dice jalapenos (discard seeds).
Cut shoots from green onions and dice into fine chives.
Add Mexican seasoning, diced jalapenos and chives to meat/A.1.
Mix thoroughly, kneading until greens are evenly distributed.
