Turkey Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. turkey, cut in bite size pieces
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    red pepper
Preparation
    Cut up turkey.
    Mix ingredients together in large size pan. Allow to simmer for a couple of hours (the longer the better).
