Peppery Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. spaghetti
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. fresh or frozen pea pods
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 lb. lean boneless beef, cut into thin strips
Preparation
-
Cook spaghetti; drain well.
Keep warm for sauce.
In small bowl, stir together water, soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper and red pepper.
Set aside.
