Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    salt and pepper to taste
    additional cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the order given and top with additional cracker crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
