Lemon Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 can Pet evaporated milk
    1 box lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 lemons (juice)
    1 c. water (hot)
Preparation
    Beat evaporated milk, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
    Mix Jell-O and sugar so it will cool while you beat milk, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
    Whip milk, lemon juice and pinch of salt until stiff and then add the Jell-O and milk.
    Use wafers for the crust.
