Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chickpeas
3 Tbsp. tahini paste
salt to taste
juice of 1 large lemon
1 clove garlic, mashed
olive oil
parsley
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender.
Then put in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Add parsley, if desired.
Dip Syrian bread into this.
It's great!
