Scalloped Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/2 stick butter or 1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 crackers
Preparation
    Drain and mash squash.
    Brown onions in butter and add eggs, milk and crackers.
    Mix and season with salt and pepper.
    Bake 30 minutes in covered dish.
