Southern Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. corn syrup (dark)
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine sugars, syrup and milk.
    Cook to soft ball stage (234\u00b0).
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Add vanilla and beat by hand about 2 minutes.
    Add pecans and beat until mixture is not glossy.
    Drop by tablespoons on buttered aluminum foil.
