Cranberry-Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 c. sliced apples
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
cinnamon-sugar
2 crust (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Prepare pastry. Stir together the flour and sugar.
Layer apples, cranberries and flour mixture into pastry-lined pan.
Dot with 1 to 2 tablespoons of margarine.
Cover with crust; cut slits, seal, etc.
Dot top with 1 to 2 tablespoons of margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 425\u00b0 until bubbly.
If desired, cover edges with foil until the last 15 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
Best served with vanilla ice cream.
