Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    2/3 to 3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut flour, baking powder, salt and shortening with a fork, then add your buttermilk.
    Mix together until it forms a dough. Roll out onto wax paper with rolling pin.
    Place over pie pan and shape into pan, cutting off excess on outer edges.
