Macaroni Cheese Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. flour
5 c. milk
4 c. cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni. Melt butter in pan. Blend in flour and gradually add milk. Cook until thick and starts to boil. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Mix with macaroni. Bake in 3-quart casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
