Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter or margarine and sugar together.
    Beat until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add sifted dry ingredients and chocolate syrup alternately, blending well.
    Blend in vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour batter into well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Spread with Lemon Glaze when almost cool.
