Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. celery, cut into 3/8-inch chunks
    3/4 c. fresh seedless grapes, 3/4 c. fresh pineapple chunks or canned pineapple tidbits, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 c. commercial or basic mayonnaise
    1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
    lettuce
Preparation
    Combine chicken, lemon juice, celery and grapes or pineapple. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Toss and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until well chilled.
    Just before serving, fold cream into mayonnaise, then fold into chicken mixture.
    Add almonds.
    Serve chicken mixture on a bed of lettuce with garnish (grapes, grated orange rind, pineapple, etc.).
