Cabbage Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast
1 head cabbage
2 large cans tomatoes
1 large onion
Preparation

Brown beef on all sides.
Add water to mid-level of roast. Cook until tender, approximately 3 hours.
Add chopped, shredded cabbage, tomatoes with juice and sliced onion.
Cook until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour. Good served with mashed potatoes.
