Tuna Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna in water
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Place tuna (drained) in saucepan.
    Add onion, celery and mixed vegetables.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, but not brown.
    Add rice; mix.
    Heat to serving temperature, stirring constantly. Makes 6 servings.
