Tea Time Tassies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1 egg
1 tsp. melted butter
1/3 c. honey
3/4 c. ground pecans
pinch of salt
24 pecan halves
Preparation

Blend together the cheese and butter, which have been softened to room temperature.
Stir in flour.
Refrigerate for one hour. Divide dough into 24 (1-inch) balls.
Shape each ball into a shell.
Place shells in mini-muffin cups or in small foil liners. Beat together the egg, melted butter, honey and vanilla.
Stir in half the ground pecans.
Sprinkle remaining ground pecans in the bottom of each shell.
Add a spoonful of the egg, butter, honey mix to each shell.
Top each with a pecan half.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until crust is golden.
You can use walnuts.
