Never Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter (oleo)
    1 large c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped marshmallows
    2 c. nuts
    1 (18 oz.) chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a large pan, stir together sugar, butter, milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Boil exactly 11 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Take off heat; add marshmallows, nuts and chips.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into a large buttered pan.
    Makes 5 pounds.
