Jeanette Lockman'S Cucumber Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 medium cucumbers
    2 red peppers
    6 medium onions
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Slice cukes and put in salt water for 6 hours, then drain and grind with red peppers and onions.
    Put in kettle and squeeze out juice.
    Then cover with vinegar (about 2 cups).
    It doesn't need to cover as long as you can see the juice.
    Then add sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and turmeric.
    Boil 1 hour.
    Seal while hot. This is very good!
