Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can applesauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add nuts, spices, soda and salt.
    Add applesauce.
    Add flour a cup at a time.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
    Batter will keep in covered container in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
    Raisins are good in these.
