Ingredients

32 oz. kidney beans
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, diced
12 oz. corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
10 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown hamburger, diced onion and diced green pepper in skillet.
Drain all grease.
In Dutch oven or large pot, combine hamburger (crumble into small pieces), onion, pepper and remaining ingredients.
Simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with cornbread or crackers.
Serves 6 to 8.
