Veal Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    2 lb. veal steak, cut up
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. salad oil
    6 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
    dash of onion salt
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and paprika.
    Dip meat in egg and roll in crumb mixture.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Place spaghetti in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Top with meat and Mozzarella cheese.
    Add tomato sauce combined with oregano and onion salt. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
