Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can low sodium salmon, drained, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. low sodium mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Serve on low sodium crackers or bread that has been spread with low sodium margarine if desired.
