Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, Southern style
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium sized diced onion
Preparation
    Here's the world's best potato casserole.
    Mix hash brown potatoes, sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup and onion.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes, a little longer if you don't defrost the spuds first.
