Ann'S Rigatoni Ai 4 Formaggi(Rigatoni With 4 Cheeses) - cooking recipe

12 oz. rigatoni
4 oz. Bel Taese cheese, shredded (1 c.)
4 oz. Fontina cheese, shredded (1 c.)
2 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, shredded (1/4 to 1/2 c.)
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. butter
grated Parmesan cheese
ground pepper (optional)
Preparation

Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter.
Add the Bel Taese, Fontina and Gorgonzola cheese, stirring until melted.
Blend in the cream.
Place the pasta on a large platter or bowl.
Add the sauce, tossing gently to coat the pasta.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and ground pepper.
Serve at once.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
