Surprise Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. butter (room temperature)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Sift and measure flour. Cut butter into flour with pastry blender. Mix in sour cream. Mix well and drop into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 45 small biscuits.
