Health Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (14 1/2 oz.) cans reduced salt Swanson's or College Inn chicken broth
    cabbage, cut in chunks
    carrots
    onion
    celery
    mushrooms
    green beans
    Brussels sprouts
    tomatoes
    parsnips, peeled
    turnips
    eggplant, peeled
    any squash, peeled
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    \"No Salt\" to taste
Preparation
    Skim fat from top of soup first.
    Put on to simmer.
    Add any or all of the listed ingredients.
    Add \"No Salt\".
    Add seasonings to taste including sweet basil, tarragon leaves, lemon pepper and garlic powder.
    Simmer about 2 hours.
    May add bag of washed spinach the last hour.
    It is low calorie, no cholesterol, high in nutrients and very satisfying.
