Grandma Hebrlee'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    salt and pepper
    3 or 4 onions, sliced
    1 big can tomatoes
    3 or 4 mango peppers (green)
    flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Use meat hammer and pound mixture into steak very good.
    Cut steak in serving size pieces and brown in cast-iron skillet in hot grease.
    Put into small oblong roaster pan.
    Add 3 or 4 onions, sliced, tomatoes and peppers.
    Put lid on.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
