Easy Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powdered
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add enough cream until dough leaves side of bowl.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Roll to coat.
Knead lightly 10 times, sprinkling with flour if dough is sticky.
Roll or pat 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with 2-inch cutter.
Place 1-inch apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot.
Makes about 12 biscuits.
