Apple Cranberry Streusel Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cranberries (fresh)
2 medium apples, pared and sliced (1 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon.
Add eggs, water and fruit; mix well. Pour into pie shell.
In medium bowl, combine sugar and flour. Cut in butter until crumbly; add nuts.
Sprinkle over pie.
Place on lowest shelf of oven.
Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 375\u00b0.
Continue baking 30 to 40 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool.
Refrigerate leftovers.
