Sesame Milk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sesame seed
5 dates
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. water
Preparation
-
Soften
dates
by
simmering
in
1/2 cup water.
Grind seeds until fine.
Blend ingredients until smooth with 2 cups water. Put
into container and add remaining 1 1/2 cups water (use
to rinse blender).
Stir well.
Chill.
(Toasting seeds enhances the flavor.) Makes 4 cups.
