Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes (use one No. 2 1/2 can)
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 bay leaf
    2/3 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
Preparation
    Mix
    ingredients
    and pour in 2 quart casserole.
    Cover casserole
    and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Good!
