Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick; blend sugar and eggs.
    Continue blending as oil and buttermilk are added.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Mix dry ingredients and sift.
    Blend in dry mixture; add vanilla.
    Divide batter equally into 3 greased and lightly floured 8-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
