Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Sift
dry ingredients together; add buttermilk and oil. Bake in well-greased loaf
pan
with double thickness of oiled paper at bottom for about
1
hour
at
350\u00b0
or
until nicely brown.
Let stand a while to sweat.
