Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) packs uncooked sausage
    16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese or 4 c., shredded
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose baking biscuit mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Shred cheese and mix all ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen.
