Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 1/2 c. broth (reserved from cooking chicken)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    paprika
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in unsalted water until done.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Reserve 1 1/2 cups broth. Saute celery and onion in margarine.
    Add this to the stuffing mix.
    Divide this mixture.
    Place half in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with chicken.
    Place other half of stuffing mixture on top. Mix together both cans of soup and the reserved broth.
    Pour over casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
