Tuna-Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. water
    1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna fish
    1/4 lb. salted cashew nuts
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1/4 c. minced onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Start heating oven to 325\u00b0.
    Set aside 1/2 cup Chinese noodles. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine rest of noodles with soup, water, tuna (which has been broken up into medium size pieces), nuts, celery, onions and pepper.
    Taste and add salt, if necessary. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
