Scrambled Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 (5 oz.) can ham, crumbled
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/3 c. diced bell pepper
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In skillet, heat oil and saute onion and bell pepper. Add ham and heat.
    Add beaten eggs; cook until eggs are half cooked.
    Add grated cheese.
    Cook to doneness as desired.
