Macaroni And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. macaroni
    1/2 stick butter
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 can tomatoes, mashed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil celery, bell pepper, tomatoes and onion 20 minutes. Boil macaroni 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add the butter to hot macaroni. Add and mix well all other ingredients except 1/2 of the cheese. Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
