Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    1 small bottle catsup
    1 catsup bottle full of water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Place chuck roast in roasting pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast; cover pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 3 hours or until fork-tender.
