Ingredients

2/3 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 large Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Spread crushed cookies on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Save a few crumbs to sprinkle on top.
Mix together the Cool Whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter.
In a separate bowl, mix together the pudding mix and milk.
Combine both mixtures and pour over top of crumbs.
Sprinkle rest of cookie crumbs on top and refrigerate.
