Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Add sugar, eggs and oil and mix.
    Then add cocoa and food coloring.
    Add 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1/2 flour.
    Mix well before adding the remaining flour and milk.
    Mix together the other ingredients.
    Pour into 3 sprayed cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
